How We Can Work Together
Impostor Phenomenon Expertise
“Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one’s courage”
A strong sense of self-criticism is a key pattern I noticed while working with talented people for over a decade. Many seem to believe, deep down, consciously or unconsciously, that they have progressed in their careers by accident, questioning whether they deserve to be where they are.
This led me to completing a doctorate on the impact of the self-doubts in the workplace. I have carried out numerous keynote presentations and I offer expert interventions to overcome self- limiting barriers at an individual, group and organisational levels.
Leadership Development
“Throw me to the wolves and I will return leading the pack”
In order to take up a leadership role we have to be able to internally authorised ourselves to lead. This is no easy task.
My philosophy to leadership development has evolved over the last 14 years working with diverse individuals and groups at senior levels. Working shoulder to shoulder with clients understanding the leadership needs in the context of the organisation’s strategy, the market situation and business drivers.
Defining Leadership strategy
Usually I would start by working with the organisation to define their leadership strategy considering their business context and its current market/industry.
What is the strategy of the organisation?
And are the leaders’ attributes needed to achieve that strategy?
Leadership development programmes
My leadership development approach could involve a combination of workshops, used of psychometric tools, 360 feedback and 1-2-1 coaching sessions. We begin by identifying areas for development and aim at enhancing self-awareness to enable leaders to fully take up their roles.
Standalone workshops
While I provide an end-to-end co-designing, delivering and evaluation of leadership programmes. I also offer a series of one-off or standalone leadership workshops on targeted areas such as; emotional intelligence, role transitions, personal impact, resilience in the face of change and unlocking limiting beliefs.
Professional Development Coaching
“All what we are is the result of what we have thought”
We all embark in different journeys. As an organisational psychologist and coach I see my role to support an individual to find a fulfilling place in the world through making the most of their journeys.
My approach to coaching involves working with the individual while always having in mind that he or she is part of larger systems, e.g. a team, a function, an organisation, community, an industry. The aim is to explore with the coachee what is occurring at the interface between them and their professional environment. While strongly influenced by applied psychological rigour and research, my practice is driven by the right amount of reflection and realistic pragmatism.
Main coaching areas
Leadership performance
Role transition
Parental and returner support
Resilience And Performance
“We are already the most overinformed, under reflective people in the history of civilization”
Technology and the constant changes in today’s world can lead to an overstimulated mind and fragmented attention. Pressures from our working environments in combinations with our own internal demands can leave us feeling depleted.
My resilience workshops and interventions help individuals and groups recover their sense of resourcefulness, these are a combination of group work and 1-2-1 follow up coaching sessions.
